Q: WHY USE ELITEDITING?

Home videotapes are not good for preserving memories, because they begin to degrade immediately and can fade away in 10-15 years. We provide you with a professionally made labeled DVD and Case. If we have any questions or need to contact you, we will call you at your convenience. We strive to please every customer.

Q: WHAT VIDEOTAPE FORMATS DO YOU CONVERT TO DVD?

We convert the following videotape formats: VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS, S-VHS-C, Hi8, Digital8, and MiniDV.

Q: HOW LONG DOES THE CONVERSION (TRANSFER) PROCESS TAKE?

Most orders ship within 5 business days! Large orders may take longer to process.

Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Every transfer or additional copy includes:

Premium DVD
- A Premium DVD Disc
- A Professional Disc with your picture printed on it
- A Professional DVD Case Insert

Basic DVD
- A labeled Premium DVD Disc
- A standard sized DVD Case

Q: HOW CAN I ORDER FROM A DISTANCE?

We have a very convenient ordering system:
1. Fill out your online order form.
2. Receive an e-mail confirming your order, any special instructions, and total cost of your order.
3. Mail us your tapes.
4. Make your payment through Check, Money Order, PayPal, or credit card.
5. Receive your DVDs!

Q: HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

We have a flat rate of $10.00 for every order. You only pay $10.00 no matter how many DVDs you order.

Q: HOW DO I SEND MY TAPES?

Simply gather your tapes, order form or receipt, place them inside a box and ship them to:

We recommend shipping with a service that will take no longer than three days, such as USPS Priority Mail.

Q: WILL I GET MY TAPES BACK?

Yes, we always return your videotapes along with your DVDs.

Q: WILL THE DVDS PLAY IN MY DVD PLAYER?

We transfer your videos into high quality DVDs ensuring that almost all DVD players can play the DVDs we produce. Please contact us if you have any difficulties.

Q: WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Paypal or major credit card. Customers can also pay with an enclosed check or money order. If you are paying with check or money order please send payment along with your tapes.

Q: CAN YOU MAKE MY VIDEOS LOOK BETTER?

We use an editing service that will help to enhance your DVD.

Q: CAN I MIX MY ORDER WITH PREMIUM & BASIC dvds?

Just let us know in the Special Instructions box and we will give you exactly what you would like.
